Run, don't walk. This clinic is absolutely terrible and there is a reason why this place is so poorly reviewed. I went in with concerns of eczema on my face with comedonal acne that is quite mild. I came in for a second opinion because my other dermatologist gave me an eczema cream that I couldn't buy due to its high price and 0 insurance coverage and thought I would explore other options. I’m writing this review mainly on behalf of my sister, who wishes to remain anonymous. For almost four years, I watched her suffer while trying to find answers for what was happening to her skin. Her eczema became so severe that she would cry almost every day because of the terrifying flare-ups, constant itching, open wounds from scratching, and painful patches all over her body. I am glad I followed my family doctor's referral to The Centre for Dermatology rather than base my decision on their overall Google reviews. Dr. Mani Raman was nice, caring, reassuring and obviously very skilled. I also appreciated the gentleness of his cosmetic nurse.
I do not recommend this dermatology clinic. My family doctor referred me here, but I wish I had researched other options first. My appointment was scheduled for 3:20 p.m, yet I wasn’t brought into a room until 4:10 p.m just to complete paperwork. The staff member then left and never returned. The doctor finally came in at 4:40 p.m, and after waiting for over an hour, the actual appointment lasted only about two minutes.
