I've had such a great experience going to Dr. Jos at The Central Body. I have titanium rods in my back from a scoliosis surgery I had many years ago. He uses a number of techniques that work best for my body. I could notice the improvements right away! I can walk better, exercise more & no longer feeling bed ridden! I love the relaxed environment. Thank you for helping me feel so much better!!!
I started care when I was in acute pain in my shoulders. Now I continue to go to as a part of taking care of my self. The environment is relaxing just to walk in. Then the mix of physical manipulation and energy work helps me on so many levels. I feel truly cared for.
