The Care at the Physical Therapy Office at Seven Locks Rd. Rockville, Md. is outstanding. Alex Brinlee, Clinic Director is amazing and very well informed about the surgery you have had or if you need to have physical therapy prior to having surgery. Alex understands your concerns and explains everything that you are going through. All of the staff at this location are wonderful. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience dealing with my physical therapy. The insurance company denied payment for several evaluations, claiming they were not medically necessary. However, the physical therapist insisted that an evaluation was required by the insurance company after every four sessions — which led to 4 evaluations out of 9 sessions.
