Not inviting atmosphere
Great staff and very helpful. The doctor/NP are wonderful at their job. However, I knocked down two stars because I am consistently seen 20-30 minutes past my appointment time. I arrive early and I am taken to the back on time but then I am sitting in the room for an additional 20 minutes which I find frustrating. Once or maybe even twice would be understandable for a backed up day. But I can’t ignore this pattern after 4 appointments.
