My daughter was treated with the upmost level of professionalism from the front desk, doctors, and even billing department. We had a surgical boot that didn’t fit properly that we knew insurance likely wouldn’t cover, the office accepted the return and our money was refunded. I don’t get all of the negative reviews, but working in HR myself I know that employees are unaware of how their insurance actually works until they get hurt. As many others have written the billing department is impossible--fhe bills make no sense--they can't explain them and get defensive and rude when you ask for an actual itemized bill for amounts they post on the "portal"....I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and incompetent billing department and so sadly I can no longer see doctors or physcial therapists at this practice even though i have been satisfied with them.
