RUN away from this practice. I've just reported them to Medicare & UHC for fraudulent billing practices. I cancelled all my allergy shots 12 days before my 1st appointment in February 2026, but they've been billing $1000 monthly for 8 months even though I never started my allergy treatment with them. Anthony, their office manager, said I signed consent saying that if I cancelled my treatment, they could still bill me (indefinitely). FRAUD! Also my last ENT charged me $150 for 3 month of allergy immunotherapy...not $3000!
I was treated for Vasomotor non allergic rhinitis, after paying over $5,000 with health coverage, the procedure did not worked! Without any consideration or information that the product Neuromark does not work, the dr. conducted with the procedure, to tell later, oops!! I treated 100 patients but your did not work!! total scam!!!
