Staff is awesome, DR Verheyden is amazing. But now it’s st Charles so best of luck getting an appointment, getting anyone to answer a phone, or getting a call back.
Horribly unprofessional. 9 weeks I waited for an appointment regarding a torn hip labrum. Showed up to check in and was told my appointment was cancelled because the doctor decided to work out of a different office on Thursdays. "Did you not get a call?". Why the holy hell would I be here if I got a call telling me the appointment was cancelled?! I've been treated for cancer 4 times, had a tumor type misdiagnosed, and a biopsy botched. This might be the most insulted I've felt by a 'medical professional.'. Go somewhere else.... read more
The service of this place is abismal. You walk in and get stared at for thirty second before anyone says anything. They refused to do a zoom call so I had to drive over the mountain for a five minute visit. Then they ghosted me. If I hadn’t reached out about scheduling, I’d still be waiting. I canceled my surgery with them because I still haven’t heard anything.
