The doctors, nurses, and tech support staff go above and beyond. Because of the popularity of the Center they are, unfortunately, over scheduled (my PCP has a two-year waiting list); there is only one other full-scale hospital-based geriatric practice in NYC—at Mount Sinai; NYU is finally starting one. My PCP has, when necessary, spent a hour with me—mostly listening to me and addressing my concerns. The receptionists are helpful and polite—even with the phones constantly ringing. Difficult to contact your physician
Terrible for my sister. Messages not delivered, providers not follow up, prescriptions not followed up by the fellows even after calls from the pharmacy. Put her at risk
I have nothing but praise for the Center on Aging. Thanks to their quick response to my positive covid test by swiftly ordering the appropriate medication my bout with Covid was short and five days later I am out and about with a good energy level. Thank you
