Bria Escalera has been a tremendous resource for me at CTSA. She provides a safe space to reflect and offers tools to handle hard well including books, podcasts, activities, analogies, and most importantly, space to listen. She is able to truly connect and I have noticed an incredible amount of progress in my life since working with her!
Christina Allen is one of the most talented EMDR therapists and teachers I have ever meet. She cares deeply for her clients and works alongside them to get them to their goals and create change. She understands the mind-body connection and will honor your needs every step of the way. I cannot recommend her enough!

As a trainee here... read more
I’ve been consistently impressed by the quality of care offered at this practice! Their team brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach to treatment, with a strong emphasis on EMDR and somatic modalities. They create a safe, supportive space for healing that so many clients benefit from. What an incredible resource!
