My mentoring session with L’aura at Campisi Holistic was pure nourishment— for my body, mind, and soul. Her blend of Bodywork and RolfYoga felt like a gentle yet powerful soul realignment, melting away tension I didn’t even know I was carrying. L’aura has this rare gift of making healing feel effortless. Her presence is warm, wise, and deeply intuitive—like she just knows what you need. I left feeling high vibe, lighter and full of quiet joy. L’aura is a true healer, and her work is nothing short of magic.

The physical patterns of tension in my body needed a new approach. I could temporarily target one area in my body through yoga, massage, and change my ... read more

My journey with L' has been amazing. I came to her overwhelmed by the chronic pain I had been experiencing in my right shoulder for years. For years I had suffered and just felt there was really nothing I could do about the pain. I had seen chiropractors and a physical therapist, with no relief. About a year ago someone suggested I try structural integration, and that's where I found L'. I completed the 10 series about a month and a half ago and I am so thankful I did. It sounds kind of dramatic to say, but I feel like L' ga... read more
