RecommendedThe staff is very informative and explains every step of the process to the person. The bed is like a hotel bed and very comfortable. Ultimately it was the staff that made me feel like I was at home.

I have been to the Libertyville office a couple of times. I had no problems. Then I had an appointment on December 8 2020. The Dr. ordered a new cpap machine for me. I told the woman who does the ordering that I have to have it processed ASAP due to insurance issues. I was told the machine would be delivered in 2 weeks which would be Dec. 22. If I had any problems call them and they will take care of it. My new deductible of $3000. Starts January 1 2021. I have called at least 8 times within 24 hours about not receiving my m... read more
Can’t get an answer on replacing a non-functioning CPAP until November. Have been very disappointed with the lack of concern for my health. If we were not moving this summer, I would switch to a different sleep center in a heartbeat. We have sent several communications to the Center and to Advanced Health Services. The Center has no voicemail to leave a message. I have sent three messages through their website with no response. Very frustrating.
Don’t go here. The results will never get sent to your doctor. They don’t respond to messages.
