I have been going to The Center for Rheumatology for many years. I have always found everyone to be polite, and professional, from the medical staff, to the clerical staff. If I call the office and have to leave a voicemail message, I always receive a return phone call either the same day or the next day.

Never return calls
Trying to get hold of anyone in this office is impossible. I've called numerous times at different times of day and days of week and never am able to speak with a person. After leaving numerous messages - I have never even received a call back. I have even had employees from the Albany office try to help me - they were unable to get a response. I would NOT recommend using this office. Perhaps the Albany office would be a better option, even if it is farther to travel to.
