I work at a law firm, and we had to call several times to get medical records for a client as they kept providing us with an incorrect email. For the most part, the front desk staff whom I spoke with was very rude, and she sounded annoyed for having to do her job. Her name is Giselle, and she kept giving various people from our office attitude over the phone every time we called in to correct the email. Like I don't understand where her customer service is because at the end of the day we both have to do our job.
The NVG technician was very nice, thorough, and attentive. So was Dr. Hobbs when doing the EMG. Apart from knowledgeable on his field, he seemed to be very interested in health & wellness in general. The actual NVG & EMG were not for the faint of heart. The NVG felt like being briefly electrocuted in different areas, while the EMG was sheer torture as a needle gets inserted through different muscles as you watch their electrical signals translate to sound-looking waves on a screen. Dr. Hobbs is wonderful. He has been really helpful with my pain management, I recently moved to Orlando but drove down to Miramar to see him because of my condition and I will drive down again if I need to, that’s how good he is. Recommend 100%
The level of attention and concern he gives his patients is uncommon and wonderful. He is genuinely concerned about his patients and isn't a pill pusher.
