My son receives services here with Ms. Olivia Maxie and we LOVE her. She has been working with him weekly for over a year. She pays close attention to any behavior issues he might have and gives me great tips on how to work with him to help improve them. She also gives me tips on how to handle situations with his behavior to help me help my son without getting frustrated. After waiting almost 6 weeks with no report after evaluation. No return call and no email. This is highly upsetting when I need the documents so I can get my child proper care and services. They don’t seem to care very much now that they got paid then I’m not getting answered yet before they seemed attentive to calls and emails.
Went in for ADHD testing and in my exam, they twisted up my words and made matters worse for me and my family. Please refrain from going here unless you absolutely have to. I could not wait to get out of there. Please go somewhere else. I was literally in there for 4 hours and the wait time to get the results is ridiculous, but it’s because they put things that are untrue in there. Save yourself.
