This is easily the worst intake process I've ever experienced. After requiring submitting forms on their site only to create a profile and submit all of the same information, then they only do intake on a specific day of the month. Waiting for a month, only to find upon calling that they've booked all their slots and I can try again a month later. Create a wait-list, make this system online, and at least communicate clearly that this will happen.
Their intake system is horrible. You could get an appointment in a reasonable time, or you could get stuck forever. If they get maxed out, they should just say so. Then we can look elsewhere. Not "call to make an appointment next Wednesday" when your odds are terrible. They should have a waitlist they work their way through. Health care shouldn't be a lottery.
Easily the worst experience I have had with a healthcare provider. The practitioner I saw was great, but the admin side was about as disorganized as physically possible. They failed to tell me which office to appear at for both of my sessions, failed to tell me what they were going to charge me, failed to tell me what they were actually charging me FOR, didn't charge me until after I had left the facility, ended up OVERcharging me, and charged me over five separate transactions. Love the counselor I have there. Respectable. Doesn't remember everything I say but that makes me feel a bit normal in counseling sessions because my friends don't remember everything about me and neither do I them! It's normal to forget and this counseling center has some of that. It's near a Starbucks so I can get breakfast or chill before a session. The customer service is comforting, calming, and relaxing.
