Very professional and gave me hope to heal in a reasonable amount of time.
I revisited CPR for relief from headaches and worked again with Zac (previously worked with him on shoulder issues). My head and neck were assessed and exercises developed to loosen movement and prevent morning headaches. I am now enjoying pain-free mornings! Carol Breinling
