Anna has been the best thing that could have ever happened to me during my recovery process. She’s truly the only reason that I’m able to move my arm! Her knowledge and steady encouragement has been exactly what I’ve needed during this process. The entire staff helps to create a fun, upbeat, motivating, and healing environment. We cannot thank Austin and JaNae enough for the incredible care they provided our son during his ACL recovery. After noticing some deficits in his progress, we were referred to them, and the difference was remarkable. They created a personalized strengthening program, introduced new exercises, and helped him reduce his deficit to just 12% before leaving to play Division I basketball. Would highly recommend. I had suffered a severe leg break, and worked with Brian and the team during the entire recovery process. They helped guide me on the path of regaining ankle and knee mobility, progressing to walking, and ultimately back to a normal day-to-day life! Brian, who I worked with a majority of the time, had a phenomenal ability to listen to my feedback, gauge the level I was at, and always knew when it was time to progress further. 10/10 experience and wouldn’t be where I was at today without them!
I had the pleasure of working with Chris & Cheryl pre & post back surgery. I can’t recommend them enough. Chris was so encouraging, caring & knowledgeable. Cheryl will stretch you in the best way possible, keep you accountable & has a wonderful charm to her. I truly looked forward to going to PT twice a week with this team. Everyone here is kind & welcoming, the space is bright and clean and they have all the necessary tools to help you get back to life. A wonderful space for healing and feeling strong again!
