I'm putting this so the clinic itself sees this. I called beforehand to ask if you did only a specific shot. I was told you did, so I scheduled an appointment. We did not recieve the vaccine because you didn't have it. Everyone was kind of about it (including myself) until I was leaving. While I was scheduling my kid's next appointment, the woman who supposedly orders the vaccines caught an attitude saying we didn't need an appointment. Doctor Callais is amazing. Everybody else who works there has an attitude. I found the nurses to be very rough with my baby because she was crying and it annoyed them. 09/05/24 Gray office
