Employees are sweet. There is never much of a wait to be called back or seen by the NP; however, checkout is usually a good wait and the parking is awful. Definitely need a larger parking lot to accommodate all of the offices in this Prattville location.
Wait time to be called back and time waiting to see the nurse practitioner was reasonable. Good experience with nurse practitioner. The wait time for check out is unreasonable and seems to be unorganized and the person doing it seems to be inconvenienced by doing so.
I have no complaints when it comes to Center for Pain. They see you in and out and if you have to have a procedure done quick and it’s not painful.
The staff are very friendly, and the nurses are too
They are very helpful and straight forward about the process. I recommend coming here.
