My experience with Dr. Atallah and Wood County Hospital pain management was simply bizarre and overwhelmingly negative. Atallah shows such animosity for opiate pain medication and was unable to hear anything else. He said he was the most qualified in town and the country to give his opinion on pain medicine and write prescriptions, yet gave me no timetable or information on how I was going to taper or move off of the opiate or what else would be done to manage my pain. I went to this practice once, shortly after relocating back to Bowling Green from Florida & I had subsequently left a stellar Five-Star review. I was impressed with the staff, and I said so! At that first & only appointment I signed the required forms and, as expected, submitted a urine sample. I have a long medical history, including four back surgeries, two total shoulder replacements & other similar maladies.
