Dr Marsella is a great doctor but his staff needs some major work. You CANNOT speak to anyone in the office and it makes NO difference how serious your issue is those nurses could care less! They are supposed to call within 24 hours. When they finally do call you back they act as if they are doing you a favor. I called on Monday of last week and just got a call back today for the issue I was facing. Then they have the nerve to lie to you and tell you they tried to call multiple times!! I've been a patient of Dr. Marcella for about 2 years and finding him was a Godsend. I deal with so many issues but the most critical is my cervical anklyosing spondylitis and since there is no cure or surgeries for this, he and the nurse practitioners do a great job at managing my pain I deal with daily. My quality of life has been so much better since seeing Dr. Marcella! I want to thank him and all of the staff for the amazing care you all provide!
Their new office location parking lot is terrible and the time waiting once checked in is horrible! Find another doctor's office!
Sleep medicine taken for a long time not called in. I called for days with no response at all.
The majority of us make our medical appointments ON TIME. I certainly do .... and I am usually 15 minutes early. My time is just as VALUABLE as the doctors time is. It is extremely frustrating, especially when I show up (on time) for my appointment, and there are close to 50 people in the waiting room, then I have to wait at least an hour after my scheduled appointment time to get seen.
