Sleep medicine taken for a long time not called in. I called for days with no response at all.
The majority of us make our medical appointments ON TIME. I certainly do .... and I am usually 15 minutes early. My time is just as VALUABLE as the doctors time is. It is extremely frustrating, especially when I show up (on time) for my appointment, and there are close to 50 people in the waiting room, then I have to wait at least an hour after my scheduled appointment time to get seen. The office staff upfront have always been nice. The nurse practitioners treat people like they are drug addicts. No respect ASAP.. I'm 56 years old, I don't have time or the desire to be treated like a punk! I'm looking for another provider asap.
Saw NP today for my Dad. Everyone was so nice. Told it may be awhile bc they were backed up. Appointment at 210 and we were seen at 230. I call that good. Always caring and knowledgeable.
