It was a pleasant Nurse practitioner that saw me. She asked all the questions about how I was doing and offered a steroid shot which I very much appreciated hoping it’ll help with my pain! She’s refilling my prescriptions to be picked up on 3/7/26 and gave me my appointment for F/U in a month.
Always friendly, helpful, and always address my concerns. Very easy to communicate with them via messages sent/received thru their portal & in a very timely manner. I’ve never had any problems with this office/business, from checking in, having procedures completed, to regular check ups when seeing the doctor/nurse practitioner. Highly recommend this office/business and I’ve been seeing this group for 3+ years.
Its not right that they blatantly tell you if you do not do the procedure process they will not increase your medication. So you do not get a fair treatment in my opinion. Even after going to doctors they sent you to sends a report back that the injections are not going to help your situation. It isn’t right to be basically be blackmailed into procedures. If you refuse you are not treated fairly. But you have to continue just to barely get what you get.
Staff cuts you off and does not listen. Charged for doctor visit but never got to meet doctor which constitutes billing fraud. Nurse Practitioner was dismissive and unwilling to listen. Poor experience all around. Need to treat patients better.
