He has demonstrated a lack of concern and empathy for my condition. He appears to apply textbook diagnosis in a non thoughtful, rote manner, to do the bare minimum to collect insurance money. With a follow-up appointment of only a few weeks, he has demonstrated a forgetfulness of who I am, my condition and the details of what treatments he had prescribed. The overall impression I get is he just doesn’t care.

I'm sure Dr. Hutter is a fine doctor, but he and his office staff have no regard for patients who are on a schedule. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes AT THE START OF THE DAY, I got my co-pay back and left. If your practice has too many patients and too few physicians, that's a very easy problem to solve. I'm sure a poll of the waiting room would find many patients in the same boat. I'll continue enduring knee pain and look for a better practice that respects its clientele.

I saw Dr. Hutter for minor back pain yesterday. He did a series of quick tests followed by an X-ray. I got the results back within 5 minutes & Dr. Hutter went over potential issues in a very clear and thorough manner. Thankfully, the problems were minor & he recommended a local physical therapist. Not the first time I used Center for Ortho & not the last. I would recommend him.
