I’m really happy with what we were able to accomplish for my child in a half hour phone call. Tammy was professional, thorough, and efficient.
APN Margaret Malane was prompt, listened carefully to all questions and concerns, communicated advice clearly, and displayed the flexibility and patience that my child required during the appointment.
The actual medical care and services of this establishment are not bad. What is bad is the management of the practice. Calling the Office (wait time on hold) I would wait 15 minutes only for the system to say- nobody can assist now leave a message, so the phone calls, return calls, attention to detail, follow up, keeping their word is a MESS. I called and when I spoke to a person, I was told my message would be passed on to a doctors assistant and that the person is always on "it". I was then messaged back by the doctor them... read more
