I had my first acupuncture treatment with Dr Lily yesterday that was amazing followed by a massage with Eva - her technique was amazing and I felt a sense of deep nurturing as she worked on me . After my massage I had a session with Lou - which again was my first experience with biofeedback , tuning forks and breathing techniques helping me to be in the present moment - thank you all for the care and your deep level of commitment to alternative healing
