The Center for Mind, Body & Spirit is a hidden treasure in University City. I have had several massages by Shelby Corson and have found each one to provide just what I needed that particular day. She is great!
I've tried 3 different massage therapists and each is EXCELLENT! All very talented and all with their particular strengths. You can't go wrong, also the store is neat, clean and well-stocked with interesting products and the owner is very warm. The staff is never pushy, only helpful.
