If I could write a negative star review I would. The receptionist is absolutely terrible. Extremely rude to long standing patients. Makes up appointment in her mind then tells you you did not show up for said appointment. Will it give messages to doctor and has hung up in my face. We had a great relationship with the provider but the staff alone has been unbearable and we are having to search for new options.
Dr. Pevey is very kind, cool, and down to earth, and her staff are very kind, courteous people as well. Nurse Krystal sometimes will give little stickers and bracelets with uplifting messages, and I actually appreciate those little messages because you never know if that's the day, if you're the one who needs to hear it. The Doctor was fine, the receptionist however was very rude. After I made an appointment with the manager and worked out an insurance issue, later that same day the receptionist called me about the same issue and a debt I was unaware of and was just immediately very rude to me. I told her I could pay the debt the day of my appointment but she told me that If I didn't pay it now I would no longer be seen, and I asked her for clarification and was told that if I didn't pay her the 28 dollars now I could not see the psychiatris... read more
