I had the worst experience at this facility. The doctors did not listen to me. They only looked at my labs and not me the patient. Do not go to this center for Crohn's or IBD.

They never respond. Called and set up an appointment, but never heard back from them.
I have been trying to get a colonoscopy for about 4 years n ow at Mercy. My PCP who is with Mercy Physicians Group, has been contacting them to call me and schedule a procedure. The people at the colonoscopy center keep saying they are calling and leaving messages for me, but I have never recieved one call/message from them. My PCP says that this has been a problem for several other patients and has been going on for quite some time.
