The Center for Holistic Wellness is an intimate environment in downtown Frederick. I have worked with Dr. Jedidiah Smith in hopes of balancing hormones via nutrition and understanding my body more. Dr. Smith has helped me on both fronts, and I have specifically used the Nutritional/Supplemental Assessments, Reflexology, and a form of Hypnotherapy. Reflexology has really helped me. I had plantar fascitis and was frustrated that nothing I did seemed to alleviate the pain and discomfort. I was amazed that once I started reflexology sessions with Dr. Smith I had less pain. After a few months of once a week sessions I no longer suffer. I also noticed that my knee felt better too. Thank you Dr. Smith.
