Tony young was very rude and disregarded my mental health he was very unprofessional in handling a mental health crisis I called here to get help and was treated with extreme disrespect and was belittled and talked to with a condescending tone riddled with attitude and back handed comments that I didn’t ask for. I’d assume they have better training for a facility like this dealing with such a serious field of health

They now require ALL appointments to be in person. Covid has proven this is not a necessity for any reason and they are refusing to make any accommodations. People have to work. You guys want my insurance to pay you? I have to keep my job in order to keep the insurance that pays you. Zero reason to require someone to come into your office for you to simply go down a list of questions when this could easily be done over the phone.
