I did the over the phone intake, and was told to go in person. I was turned away for not being "severe" enough, and given a counseling resource that's across town from where I reside.It took me months to work up the courage and to go here. My anxiety is crazy and makes it difficult to do anything these days. So I'm just stuck where I was to begin with it. Had me wait 5 hours to ask 3 questions and send me off literally wasted time I didn’t have. They also never answer the damn phone. The machine says put the extension number but yet no one in there has one.
Disappointed with Marcella supervisor recommendeding Haven for Hope for a person who is homeless, HIGH medical needs and disabled. First floor staff needs to be more courteous. As for canceling within 24hrs needs to be revisited and be circumstantial. Hospital is a valid reason. Dr. O was great.
I was able to get off by taking showers 7 a day and using the jacuzzi at golds gym. Yes sometimes you stay up at night but just take another shower Also drinking water and milk help to and reading the Bible. Also tell on the dealers that got you hook to the crime stoppers in San Antonio. Just goto there website and you can also leave a message
