Dr. Colin Chaloupecky is incredible, patient, intelligent and kind. He takes such good care of my father in law and for physical therapy. Bless this place and the owner is wonderful too!

Excellent staff that truly cares about your health and well-being. The wellness center is awesome! Love to see medicine and fitness intersect, they really want you to be healthy in every aspect of life.
When I first went to Dr Martin I was extremely pleased with his level of service and concern for my health care. Unfortunately, his support staff is another issue. Multiple non responsive calls made and when they do call they always want to place blame on the patient. Having personally hand delivered lab work to his office and being told it would be placed in his box only to be told they have never received the labs (effectively calling me a liar).
