This place lacks scheduling skills. I had my appointment at 9:15 am and at 11:15 am I still hadn’t seen the doctor. Not once did they show any concern or follow up to assure if I was okay waiting. The staff is not caring and I do not recommend to anyone.
La Doctora Taralyn Sowby exceptional pero el equipo de Recepcionistas para citas pesimo desde el from desk de la oficina de la doctora hasta los que hacen cita soy pasiente de ellos lo cual hoy fue mi último día no tienen el mejor control de información fui 2 ocasiones y aún no me hago el procedimiento soy pasiente que recibí radiaciones y me dicen tengo que esperar una cita en octubre lo siento pero el trabajo es pésimo mal control de información y especificaciones en las citas. Gracias.
I am amazed at the amount of kindness that I have received from the entire staff from the moment I check in to their warm goodbyes/adios. It was hard to find a bilingual Gynecologist , female specialist who takes the insurance most practitioners avoid. I am relieved that Dr Sowby and her staff were so welcoming and reassuring. She not a Obstetrician, but any problems or concerns or even just a second opinion; she is my Gynecologist. She is open on Mondays ,Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 4pm.
