Took my dad for his 11:30 appt. Would have been nice if the office confirmed the appt, along with the fact they moved over a year ago. We arrived to find 16 people waiting. Some filling out paperwork. Others could be accompanying patients? No wonder when I called they weren't concerned he was going to be late. As a new patient there should be paperwork but none was given. Some have been waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for first time visits. 4 were called in the last 10 min. I love my doctors, very kind , their very good at what they do
My insurance pays 100% for preventative care. This includes colonoscopies. My insurance company called the doctors office and told them my colonoscopy and anesthesia with this procedure are covered at 100%. Unfortunately this doctors office wants their money before the procedure, it’s their policy.
