I can say just from us walking in and asking about there services The staff and Owner where very kind and helpful. they cared about our fitness and our wellbeing. I think I'm going to like it there. can't wait to start me journey!

The Fitness Center hosted a Zumba training event that I attended and it was a terrific facility and they were great hosts.
