Wow, just reading the comments /views alone gives me second thoughts about consulting with this particular firm, although Im willing to wait until someone reaches out then I'll take it from there. Now you guys really have me skeptical. Now I can only pray things work in me and my Granddaughters favor.
This experience was disastrous. Cynthia A., was the GAL for the case. She handled the case with so much carelessness that it left us with little to no hope. Her curt attitude was on display several times. As the GAL she should have shown concern for the child her client if nothing else. She does not display respect. Paying for services not rendered is more like fraud or scam. She lacks excellence and accountability. No one's perfect but she did not even try.
This experience was disastrous. I am still endeavoring to articulate my thoughts for this review.
Cynthia and her team were highly recommended. they are very expensive. After requesting Cynthia we were assigned a junior partner Ashley. This team was not very responsive and did not return calls nor texts in a timely fashion. I felt they could have done much more for us. I do not recommend them.
