The lady I spoke to while trying to get information today was incredibly unhelpful. Her text messages she sent me we hard to read and understand and when I called to get clarification because I needed to schedule an autism diagnosis she just kept telling me to read her message. Her tone just kept getting more harsh and irritated to the point where I had to tell her that I wouldn't be seeking their services.
I read all the reviews and can't believe the bad ones. They seem to have fixed everything because everything from my intake assistance to finding me the best therapist for my needs... it all went really smoothly. Fantastic providers for people who are willing to put in the effort to really change. Dr. April is a fantastic provider, though most definitely not for everyone. The rest of the staff are wonderful people, and especially responsive if you call them and need something.
I called and was told I needed to talk to the intake person before I could schedule an appointment. I never received a call from that individual after I was told I would be called the next day. After two weeks, I called again and was able to talk to the intake person. She said she would call me the next day. She never called. After another couple of weeks, I called back and the receptionist, who told me she could not schedule me an appointment did, five months from then (May to October). She informed me the forms I needed to... read more
