We had high hopes for The Center to support our loved one into adulthood. After a little confusion getting setup we settled into weekly therapy with telehealth and in person at their Federal Way location. Unfortunately the therapists left abruptly. The lady I spoke to while trying to get information today was incredibly unhelpful. Her text messages she sent me we hard to read and understand and when I called to get clarification because I needed to schedule an autism diagnosis she just kept telling me to read her message. Her tone just kept getting more harsh and irritated to the point where I had to tell her that I wouldn't be seeking their services.

I'm disabled and am so grateful there are people that still want to help people, even if they aren't ... read more

I brought this up with the practitioner and sited the Privacy Rule and s... read more
