I have nothing kind to say about this office. Between their lack of communication, charging cards without disclosing the amount while in session, canceling without any notice (as in showing up and being told it was canceled) to rescheduling my appointment without telling me to showing up for a a session and the therapist trying to say “oh I didn’t see you.” The front desk is a collection of people who clearly lack in professionalism and care and I struggle to see how anyone in this office functions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Terrible experience overall. Communication was spotty and inconsistent from day one. The app they use to coordinate appointments is second rate at best. Their appointment reminders failed to list an address so I nearly went to the wrong location the first time. First appt was scheduled for 8 am I showed up at 7:45 and had to wait until the provider arrived at 8:05 to unlock the door. Highly NOT recommended. The front desk ladies were terrible, typical rude Seattleites. The psychologist was OK, but I really just took some online questionnaire and paid $1k for a few page report. Avoid if you can

The lady I spoke to while trying to get information today was incredibly unhelpful. Her text messages she sent me we hard to read and understand and when I called to get clarification because I needed to schedule an autism diagnosis she just kept telling me to read her message. Her tone just kept getting more harsh and irritated to the point where I had to tell her that I wouldn't be seeking their services.
