Our followup visit in the Pooler office was a complete waste of our time and could have been done by a phone call. We were not seen by a doctor, but instead by a student in training. She asked 5 questions that were completely generic. Very disappointed.
Cant get ahold of my doctor, my doctors pa or the assistant to the pa...this place is zero help. All they care about is getting one person after the next in their door for moneys sake but not actually helping anyone. My symptoms got worse and I have one simple question but I cant ask anyone that knows my chart? Ridiculous. So so over this place, will be looking for a new gi doctor but it seems like most of them are the same way.
The ladies up front are very kind that's the only thing I'll say that's true ... I hate that my Dr. Referred me to this office Can't get straight answers from anyone I've been here more than twice and have never seen a DOCTOR ! Was prescribed medication but was never called to go over labs and test results .. never knew I had prescriptions waiting on me at my pharmacy until DAYS later ! I have not even seen the doctor yet and I feel strongly about posting this due to customer service I've received already. I thought maybee it was just me when i received the call to schedule my appointment but when i arrived in person for my first appointment I quickly realized it wasn't.
