Both the receptionist and the doctor were kind and helpful. I got the appointment within a week from calling.
Dr. Million is a very competent and helpful person, I highly recommend her and I trust her if I ever need her assistance again I would not hesitate to visit her.
Went in for a specific reason and requested imaging. The doctor told me "imaging would be difficult to get" and that it "didn't look like this was the issue". Tried to sell me on their own digestive enzymes rather than the ones my GI doctor prescribed. I left and knew it wasn't the correct diagnosis. I made an appointment with a more seasoned colorectal specialist who ordered imaging right away. The MRI showed exactly what I had mentioned to Dr. Million and I am now scheduled for surgery in a few weeks.
Great doctor! I’ve been to 5 proctologists and none of them gave me a diagnosis. They sent me home saying eat more fiber. Dr Million explained what is happening and that the situation may be serious. She immediately set up a referral to UCSF and told me I can email her at any time. Dr Million caught something no other doctor has and I’ve been bringing it to colorectal specialists (and doctors too) for more than 15 years. I may now have an answer thanks to Dr Million. ~ Her staff is lovely too.
I was visiting from Los Angeles and had some rectal bleeding. Scheduled me for the next day. Excellent doctor and good staff. Ignore negative reviews. She is top notch
