Made an appointment for 5/5/2025 for my child. This office sent (2) confirmation emails with the wrong address. I arrived at an empty building. I called their office number on file repeatedly, but no one answered the phone. I eventually left a voice mail. Over 30 minutes later, I finally received a call back from this office. The representative informed me that they have temporarily changed locations. Also, the wrong address provided in the email must have been a system error. My 6yo daughter started seeing Dr.Shalomov and I couldn’t be happier.Ive been searching for the right help for her from New York to Texas and I can say it’s the first time I felt heard.Even down to the receptionist the level of care is beyond tbe 5 stars I can give.

Dr. Shalamov is not a neuro-affirming practitioner. I spent an hour being dismissed, and mansplained to during my son's initial intake appointment. He had not even spoken with my son and slapped a completely different diagnosis on him. During the appointment, he stated that my autistic son (and autistic people in general) need to be trained. When I tried to discuss why I disagreed with an attachment disorder diagnosis, I was told to "look it up". I have a Masters degree in Counseling and am very aware of the diagnostic crite... read more
