My pediatrician referred us to this Neuropsychologist, upon trying to contact them for the first time the receptionist on the phone “Linda” was very rude, just seemed impatient, like she already knows everything so she wouldn’t let me complete a sentence. So the welcoming was not nice at all. She emailed a “intake” packet that was not editable so I figured ok I’ll get it printed out. Except it was so long that the price to print it on basic paper was $172. I wasn’t doing that so I signed up for Docusign and had to type & mov... read more

The receptionist was absolutely rude upon answering the phone. I was referred to this place by the school district and instead of professionally solving a problem, the receptionist was short, snappy, and rude. I’m glad the services I need for my child aren’t even here. Highly don’t recommend.

Like others have stated my experience was a very cold reception. Constantly shut the door and locking it in your face between any interaction. There is no waiting room. So we waited outside for a half hour and was told “I don’t know what to tell you the appointment before yours must be taking long”. Then told that we would have to drop our child off and be locked out of the building for the length of the evaluation. Maybe this would be fine for an older kid but not for children.

I hope that by bringing attention to these patterns, the center can take steps to improve the situation for everyone. I did however have an excellent experience with the Dr. Diva. The level of care provided by her was outstanding and I l... read more
