I have been at Griffin Hospital a few times. The other visits were me bringing a patient in, but on January 7th, I was the patient. I had hernia surgery, and it all went very smoothly. Everyone was very nice, as usual. The staff in the recovery ward couldn't have been nicer, and I have to especially thank Tina (Artina), for her patience, and care. This hospital is wonderful, and I give 5 stars......
This is the worst place to go to the ER. They took blood from my daughter threw it out then came and took more. Why did you toss it? Oh they didnt have an answer. 6 tubes of blood and only needed 2.
Best experience today. Awesome staff from reception, nurses, anesthesia and doctor. I was put at ease and felt confident that I was in great hands.
This facility is true to the name of plane tree environment Yale New Health System could learn to adopt their community atmosphere where customer service is so naturally pleasant, you feel like you are not going to cancer center but visiting your favorite work place. All employees make you feel like family not a medical record number.
Amazing staff and amazing care.
They take too long to get you even in here where then you're in a rush to leave the office. For an appointment waiting 30 minutes or more AFTER your appointment time is unacceptable. Not to mention the staff very rarely cares about the inconvenience unless the doctor is physically late to the practice that day.
I Recently did my Clinicals at Griffin thru the CNA program, I enjoyed the time I was there. nice atmosphere, Everyone was helpful, friendly, polite.
I was there for bad chest pains and they left me sitting in the waiting room for 5 hours as they took care of everyone else that came in after I did. Its the worst hospital ever. I wouldn't send anyone there. They should just shut down.
Amazing place and nurses! Had weight loss surgery and the nurses were so nice and caring as well as the drs. Hubby had ankle surgery a few days ago and it was a nice place to sit and wait/sleep lol
