Unprofessional. After having to wait 2 hours past my appointment time. They put me in the procedure room. I sat and waited. They came back and checked on me. I told them I was uncomfortable. They said ok well he went into a conference call so I dont know how long hes going to be. So you might as well just come sit back in the other room. This place clearly books multiple appointments for the same time so people can just sit and wait.
Dr. Panna was an amazing surgeon. I have nothing bad to say on his regards but the receptionist and the staff at the office for the center for bone and joint disease were absolutely God awful some of the most rude staff I’ve ever seen Making me feel like I am a drug addict junkie because I am questioning if there is pain medication that I can get due to the severe agony to to my broken shoulder.
