No customer service what so ever . Gave me a script that couldn’t be filled so I called to get it replaced on a Monday and no one bothered to call me for 5 days! With a. Broken knee no meds no pain relief no concern or follow up. Called to reschedule a appointment and was given a attitude and told I’m lucky I got that appointment . Would not go here if I had a choice. No concern for the patient treated like a inconvinience if you don’t want to answer phones get a new job . You chose it not me .
I've been treated by Drs Kardastian and Bennett0 Dr Kardastian messed up my ring finger by leaving bone fragments inside. My surgery was not successful because he did not reconstruct my shattered knuckle only attempted to straighten my ring finger which is now bent permanently.
