From the moment I walked it I was treated in a warm and professional manner. Everyone was attentive, kind and compassionate. I’d say it was outstanding considering I had to be there. Thanks to everyone!
I was not an actual patient there, but had the unfortunate privilege of being the ride home. Upon going to the Hauppauge location, I heard the front desk assistant ask, “Is this private insurance or no fault?” That is all I needed to hear besides three patients (some from the city) saying no fault. The front desk assistant told me that I just needed to show my face at the front desk to release the patient once he was done. Poor service, zero coordination from their secretary.
5 star service!! I had shoulder surgery and it was a first time ever surgery for me. I had no idea what to expect but the nurses and front desk staff explained everything in detail and made me feel cared for. The nurses noticed how anxious I was kept me attentive and distracted till they snuck up on me with the anesthesia haha! If I ever need surgery again I would totally revisit them. Thank you to all staff for great hospitality!
