I was laughed at by Dr. De Carvalho. I was not being listened to by him, not taken seriously either. Takes things personally. I'm at a different Dr now and I am much happier. Receptionists are nice here, though. Unfortunately not a good enough reason to stick around if the owner/provider is an arrogant jerk, however. Oh, the front desk doesn't return your calls or listen to your voicemails. They are not pleasant at all. Sometimes nasty. Hard to get ahold of them. In it for the money. Most are.
The staff isn't the least bit concerned or compassionate considering the patients are coming for help with their mental health. They are snotty and cold on the phone.
