Every time I'm in the chair Lorenzo makes me feel like a valued customer. He listens to what I want and fills out the bigger picture with his expert knowledge. He's efficient, down-to-earth, kind, and respectful. Good with mustache trim too!
We made an appointment Friday by phone for today Saturday at 11am. We drove from Medanales all the way to Santa Fe for them to tell us that the lady that was supposed to cut my sons hair did not show up earlier. How nice would it have been to receive a call BEFOREHAND to let us know and not make the drive for NOTHING. So inconsiderate . Will not be coming back. Mind you they referred us to this place. NEVER AGAIN.
Not even gonna lie this spot is solid. Clean shop, good energy, and they know what they’re doing. Definitely coming back.
