I was at this facility from March 26th to April 24th recovering from shoulder surgery. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Hoshem Massoodi (executive director) and all staff for doing such a great job taking care of me. Dropped in to scope this place out before my sister was checked in the next day. OMG!! I’m not easily impressed, but I was ready to move in myself lol! EVERYONE there from the front desk to the techs to the chef, were the NICEST, KINDEST, MOST SINCERE people I’ve ever encountered. They didn’t know who I was or what I wanted, but were still as welcoming as could be. The facility is CLEAN, BRIGHT, UP TO DATE AND WELL EQUIPPED. This place is 100 times better than Ignite Medical Resort. It's much cleaner, and the staff is far more knowledgeable.
The care of this facility is beyond amazing!! The nursing staff, therapy team all the adminstation are very involved with the care you receive while you are here. The food is absolutely delicious, and especially I can't praise enough how clean they keep up with this beautiful facility.
Great place to be neglected.
