The nursing and therapists were attentive and caring and the meals were OK. There was however disorganization in management. The day my sister was admitted, the attending physician at the hospital told me she needed to see a neurologist. When she was moved to Parmer, I asked everyone involved with her care, up to and including the director, and we never got a referral to the specialist. I find that astonishing.
This place is a mess they’re grossly understaffed. No one knows what anybody else is doing here…& as far as asking a question about your health or your medication, etc. you might as well save your breath.
The facility, the care teams and therapists were all top notch. Especially the 3rd floor Team of Danielle and Nicole. Thank for for my stay .. Carol B.
Want to give a shout to Danielle Doneson RN and Nicole Hernandez CNA they were so kind and wonderful taking care of me and physical therapy was a blessing thank you Dylan Sarah .
