My 85 year old mom came to stay with you after falling and breaking her hip. She has Alzheimer's/dementia. I can guarantee you that if anything were to occur in the future, we will never step foot in your establishment again. Do not send a loved one to this facility. After 8 weeks and a clear discharge plan, my mother who was found to be incompetent was allowed to go home with a dangerous family member. This was against all plans to keep her safe and against the strict wishes of her Medical power of attorney.
