I pre did all the steps for the center. I am not receiving the same active care as I was before in another state agency. I was told I would expect the same. I do not have a good advocate for all my stuff going on. I am in pain. I am very upset about how the center is not what was told for me to expect during transition. Case management is not very proactive and it feels like not much caring or time for a client.
