I have bought 4 phone from Phil and feel he has given me a very good deal, he stands behind his work. Brought my Sister In-Laws iPad to him with a broken screen he fixed it quickly and gave her a case for it. He has repaired 3 notebooks for me as well. Use the Cellular Exchange you will be glad you did!!
I was sent to Phil about 10 days ago. Since that time I've been back there 4 times. I'm a geek and this guy, I'm sure, has forgotten more than I've learned in my life. Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and superb turn around time. (Excluding time for parts to be ordered. Out of his control.) And the best part very reasonably priced. Even though I'm in Fitchburg it's well worth the trip. Go there once and you'll be hooked.
Just bought a computer from phil good price and cant beat the support and follow up. Glad I stopped in happy with the system and will continue going there
Amazing,very nice, was very satisfied!! Screen was not working and cracked on my s4, needed a phone or the phone fixed for work, was able to get it done within the hour!!! Amazing :)

I wouldn't go anywhere else! No matter what the issue Phil fixes it! He's very knowledgeable and easy to understand when he explains things in general human speak. His prices are great and he stands by everything he sells so no worries here!!! Gary and I have been doing business with Phil for many years, too many to remember, and we keep coming back for a reason. Phil Rocks!!
Very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to go back for service or help. Before I came here I got a diagnosis/ quote from that "Bleepin" place and, long story short, will NOT go back there.
