I’ve known Cedars Surgery both professionally and as my registered GP service. I’ve always received excellent treatment and experienced polite behavior from both staff and doctors. Shoutout to Dr. AK, as he’s the doctor I’ve consulted with the most and he always go beyond the scope . The team is wonderful overall, though there can sometimes be delays due to the heavy load on our NHS system—can’t blame them for that ( i guess)
unless you are an old lady they will find any excuse to not give you an appointment better off just dying of easily preventable conditions
Doctor is good but not the staff
Reception got back to me quickly, hence the 2 stars but not terribly helpful
Receptionist is friendly and attentive. Given appointments on time and I am satisfied with the service.
